I have enjoyed the great pleasure of growing up in one of my favorite cities in the world: Toronto. Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture? I know......you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but I truly love this one and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell Toronto Real Estate.
I was born and raised in the Forest Hill neighbourhood and then moved to North York. By the time I started University at U of T, I moved to the downtown core (the Annex) and really enjoyed the lively & cool 'student scene'.
My very inquisitive nature has been good to me. I've travelled all over the world. I lived in Europe (twice), surfed in Australia, saw Komodo Dragons in Indonesia, drank dark coffee in Yemen, visited temples in India, jumped out of planes in New Zealand, rode on camels in Egypt, went hang gliding in Costa Rica, played with monkeys in Cambodia and leap-frogged around the scooters in Vietnam. I even managed to volunteer some time in Sri Lanka, helping to re-build homes for the victims of the 2004 Tsunami.
I've been lucky: I've lived all over this great city. North, South, The Annex, Queen west, Summerhill. I currently enjoy my morning coffee in a great part of town called Riverdale.
Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home to a super supportive husband and to my 2 barrels of sunshine, my kids, Evie & Vaughan.
Growing up in a family of Real Estate professionals and builders, I was introduced to the excitement of selling homes at a very young age. Some of my earliest memories are of showing appointments with my mother and being in absolute awe of the enchanting houses with wrap around porches.
Originally from London, ON, I made my way to the big city on a hunt to find better restaurants, amazing entertainment, and greater opportunity. Since living in Toronto, I’ve expanded my network of inspiring entrepreneurs, soaked up the culturally diverse neighbourhoods around the city, and (thankfully) boosted up my knowledge of fashion!
Since earning my license in 2015, I have sold Real Estate in three beautiful cities - London, Oakville and Toronto. Drawing from years of experience, I’ve built a reputation for my refreshingly friendly client care and proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home along with assisting sellers to a smooth, stress-free (and even fun!) sale of their home. I pride myself in my passion and heartfelt drive to serve my clients best interests.
I am an artist, a traveler, and a lover of new experiences. Learning, creating and growing as a human is what feeds my soul and brings me happiness. My career in Real Estate allows me to learn about people and their stories, create selling/buying processes that works best for each unique situation, and immerse myself in the exhilarating feeling of closing one door and opening another.
Searching for a home or attempting to sell one can be very stressful. However, with the right support the journey is always smooth. As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson I have extensive experience helping clients buy and sell their homes. Originally from a small ski town in the U.S., I moved to Toronto as a teenager and immediately fell in love with the vibrant culture of this incredible city, with all its unique neighbourhoods and everything they had to offer.
I have always had a passion for everything Real Estate! The beautiful properties, the beautiful relationships you develop with your clients, and of course the excitement of helping someone find their next home-sweet-home. I have been working in the Real Estate industry for over three years, and prior to getting my license, I worked as an Executive Assistant/ Client Care Specialist, where I provided exceptional customer service to clients, while learning a great deal about the industry. In my 25 years of living in Toronto, I have primarily been in the east end, in the Beach & East York. I have therefore become very familiar with these wonderful communities and what they have to offer.
Before getting into Real Estate, I received a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Sociology from the University of Toronto, where I focused on qualitative and quantitative studies, with an emphasis on workplace social structures, gender equity, and family structures. I later spent some time as a freelance writer working for a strategic consulting company that provided innovative education and techniques to help promote more diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
As a realtor my aim is to help Clients purchase or sell their homes in a less complex way. I will be there every step of the way to answer all your questions and provide guidance to help put you at ease. Honesty, Integrity and accountability are my driving force every day. I believe that finding a house should be fun, stress free and enjoyable. That is why I am here!
When not buying or selling homes, I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my hubby and three amazing kiddos!
